Real food, from people you can call.
Real food directly sourced from local regenerative farms. That is the whole pitch, and it is the whole operation.
Not just full. Fed.
A full belly is not the same as a nourished body. Most of what gets sold as food is designed around shelf life, speed and margin. So.Fed is designed around the person eating it: a known source, a short trip to the plate, and nothing added.
We are not a brand that buys from a distributor and prints a label. We raise the animals, we know the farms we buy from, and we drive the truck.
Brainerd Lakes, Minnesota.
Our lamb starts at So Loved Ranch outside Brainerd and on neighboring pasture-based farms. The sheep are hair breeds, Katahdin and St. Croix, raised on grass. They are processed at a USDA-inspected plant a few minutes from the ranch, labeled by the cut, and in the case within days.
The plan from here: more from local farms, more coolers, more menus, and the money staying where the food is eaten.
